What Coral Food To Use?

Hey all, I am currently using some liquid reef supplements but I wanna start using some coral foods to start target feeding some of my corals.
I've been looking at,
"Coral Grow by Marc Weiss Aquarium Products"
"Coral Wonders Coral Frenzy with Oyster Larvae"
"Cyclop-Eeze Freeze-Dried"
"Kent Marine Coral Accel"
Which foods are the best to use?
I keep softies and LPS. I wanna start SPS in the new year

Rods coral food, hands down the best food for everything in your tank

 

i think thats loaded with phosphates or nitrates cause my lfs asked if i feed that food cause my phos and nitrates were so high

 

If you feed too much of anything it can hinder your water parameters. I was under the impression Rod's had the least amount of nasty stuff in it(something with how they prepare it...?) but that is by no means correct, just what I have heard.

 

I use a lot of different things. Frozen coral food mix, DTs phyto, coral frenzy, frozen cyclops. I have some of that freeze dried cyclops and don't care for it because it floats.
I think my corals really like the coral frenzy and DTs.

 

I use oyster feast by reef nutrition. meant for all hard corals.

I do use rods coral food. I use it asparingly. Never read or heard any hard facts on it.

Stupid question... I am starting with corals where I only have to focus on good water parameters... and haven't even finished reading on that yet... how often to you feed corals that require targeted feeding and special foods?? Daily??

Just wondering... I am obviously not there yet... just curious.
