I am going to be growing phytoplankton for them so they will have lots to eat. And some can be placed up higher too. I've got a mag 7 in a 36 gallon so water flow is pretty good, at least in some places.

    softies,shrooms diffrent varities...
    zoas,frogspawn,hammer,torch,palys,
all these corals are very easy to keep even under fresh water lighting....keep inmind they won't extend as nicley as being under higher output lighting...
also leaters...you can pull away with...

Is that a 40w pc or T5/T6HO? I had 35w pc over my 29g for a few month, green mushrooms were ok, but they become dark green/brown over 1 month. Nonphotosynthetic softies would be better choice. Keep in mind that corals don't eat phyto. Zooplankton eats phyto and then corals eat zooplankton.

Are these T8? Do you have highly polished individual reflectors or a brushed aluminum flat reflector or white plastic?

What are the dimensions of the tank?
