I got this at the LFS today I fell in love with it and just had to have it. The problem is I dont know what it is for sure, so I dont quite know how to care for it. Im petty sure it is just a glove polyp, but im not 100% on it, so Im looking to the experts for a positive ID. Thanks guys!

heres what Satwaterfish.com had to say:

Cylindrical upright tube like polyps rise from a creeping stolon that attaches to the substrate.
The polyps will sometimes completely retract into the calyces.
    Tentacles are feathery in appearance.

Moderate to high lighting and low to moderate flow is needed.
Low in aggressiveness to other corals and is moderately hardy in captivity

    Size:3-6 inchesCare Level:ModerateTemperament:Generally non- aggressiveReef Safe:YesDiet:Light, marine snowOrigin:Philippines, IndonesiaAcclimation Time:Acclimate to temperatureMinimum Tank Size:10 gallonsCoral Safe:YesInvertebrate Safe:Yes

i agree, companies have a way of bending he truth to get you to buy products, im actually surprised they didnt say something like, "make sure to get SWF.coms' brand of marine snow"..... you never know, it might be better than all the rest ;)

LFS's have a way of out right lieing! They are either ignorant on what the coral really is, or ignorant on the needs of some corals. Sometimes they are just ignorant all together. Im not speaking for all LFS's...

Before you buy, RESEARCH,RESEARCH,RESEARCH and RESEARCH some more. Most corals do not need to be fed.
