Sailfin Tang = LIBERTY
Falco Hawkfish = GONZO
Clown = PALIAZZO
Green Chromis (x5) = RAT PACK
Coral Beauty = LIPS
Valentini Puffer = PETER
Bluecheek Trigger = DON VITO (Corleone)

Clown = Tater
Humma-Humma = Trigger
Hermit crabs = Inky, Blinky, Clyde, Huey, Dewy, Louie (I think the Humma got Louie...)
Turbo Snail = T4 (it's a type of turbo on a car)

Don't have any marine fish named but back in my freshwater days I named all my fish. My main four were zebra tetras were Eenie, Meenie, Miney, and Moe. My tiger barbs which died after 6 hours in my tank's toxic waters were Catcha and Tiger, which I though was appropriate. I also had some pretty weak names, a la a black molly named Molly and a bala shark named Bala.
I got some fish from my older cousin when he got out of the hobby which were named by his little sister. Some kind of tetra with one eye was called Lucky and the giant pleco was Buddy.
I haven't named any of my marine fish, but my clown fish has the defacto name of Nemo by anyone who sees the tank. Mine doesn't even look like him, it's an ocelaris.

Yellow Tang: Wally (For the original Flash Wally West)
Blue Hippo: Ellen (My wife liked her in Finding Nemo)
Tomato Clown: ***** (Cuz she bites me every time I reach in the tank ;D )
Cleaner Shrimp: Tweek (For one of my favorite SouthPark characters)
Fire Shrimp: Dante (Need I say Inferno?)
Coral Banded Shrimp: Rocky (always has his dukes up)
My 3 Peppermint Shrimps are "The Bloods"
Last and DEFINITELY least is Nemo my Percula Clown (I have a little nephew)

 

Used to have a freshwater beta that my wife named sushi.
