    Who ever (or what ever) BRS is, that is good advice. You're on the right path now.

    They are the ones I bought my 2 part kit from. They have very well written instructions, as well as some really good calculators.

    Wow, I'm glad I read this. My numbers are way lower than anyone else here. Is Dkh & ALK the same? My tank is only a month old and my numbers are:
    SAL - .026
    Ca - 350
    NO2 - 0
    NO3 - 0
    pH - 8.0
    ALK - 3.0
    PO4 - 0
    NH3 - .25

    I'd better step it up.
