I am only adding A&B, is there anything else I should be using to speed up the growth ?

You need to test your water to know what to add-don't just add stuff blindly.

Haha ok, I guess that would make sense. In my defense I have not tested my water for past 4 months and my skimmer has been off for past month and everything looks good, corals are growing and fish look happy.

Sorry about the way I said that-didn't mean to sound like an a**.If you don't have a lot of corals the pull things out of the water you might be able to get by on just water changes.

NP, Im starting to get my corals quantity back up and I do water changes every week so... The reason I have not been running my skimmer is because its been ghetoriged and its just a pain in the ass to adjust the water level in it almost daily.

If you are doing water changes every week, and dosing Part A/B your corals should be getting everything they need. Consistent water parameters are the most important thing IMO.

Probably should see what your mag level is if you have not and see how it relates to your alk and ca and pH.

If the corals are healthy and growing your doing good.

If you are not feeding the sps and you have some you may want to.

    :)

There is a bunch of products on the market. Personally I like Rod's food, feed it to the fish and the sps and lps, they really like it.

It has to be small suspended particles. Some like phyto products, I like something with some seafood meat products in it.

Yes I use Rod's as well but make sure your skimmer's off for a little while when you feed it. The skimmer will skim that stuff right outta the water. Im pretty sure.

If you have not tested your water in 4 months you should not be adding anything, even two part as you have absolutely no idea what your demands are if any.
