What do you do for a living?

i am a dog/cat groomer but would love to work at a lfs

 

Currently I am a project manager for an international outplacement company....basically, I sell our services to companies that are going to be experiencing lay-offs. Our company provides the impacted employees the tools necessary to find a new job. Resume development, interviewing strategies, networking strategies, etc. It is hard to be happy with a commission check knowing that you got it because thousands of people lost their jobs (2009 was a good year for me)...but it is rewarding seeing those same people using this as an opportunity to find their true calling.

And in my spare time, I am also a full time student. Went back to college after 20 years to get my bachelors/masters degrees to be a History Teacher in either high school or college.

 

Holy Cow!! Must be nice to have a second home like that.... wonder what their first house is... or their 3rd, 4th,....

Don't think I'll get there on a government salary. Oh well....

I'm a Nurse... I have nightmares of elderly women telling me they are having trouble pooping... But when I go to work I realize it wasn't a nightmare at all....

I work at a Glass Factory. The deptartment I work in tempers glass for about 50% of the Ford Motor Co. I am responsible for meeting schedule demands and calculating efficiencies and all that good stuff but I have become very efficient at doing this so usually most of my work day is spent right here on 3reef!!

 

Layed off yet again, so I'm now a stay at home dad and full time student.

 

haha stuck up is right. I used to stop in that airport and pick up cargo. Pickiest and whiniest airport I've seen.
