Well, in reality they're not stupid. Its just that they think that since they have money now, they can get away with anything. Or buy anything or anyone.;)

I know what you mean and I do agree. It just amazes me the luck that these people have by being blessed with talent, Who there parents are, the jobs they were able to get, etc... and the extremely poor (stupid)decisions that they make. Football players getting caught for dog fighting, Actors not paying there taxes . They are smart enough to get to where they are they just make stupid choices. JMPO :)

I think it's the same thing as people in powerful positions (i.e. politicians) that have affairs all the time. It's just a sense of being above it all and deserving whatever they want. I think it's the power, wealth, position etc. that just goes to their heads.

By the way, I'll share my wife's job and truly brag on her for a moment since she's pretty cool in my opinion.

She is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, former World Champion, and owns and operates two Martial Arts schools. All kinds of titles and such... she could care less.... coolest thing she does is work with special needs kids. She just got an award from a Downs Syndrome group for her work advocating and helping kids of all special needs. I had to go accept the award for her because she was off helping a different special needs autistic kid at another event.

Partially off topic since she's only secondarily involved by taking care of the tank when I travel, but I was so proud of her, I just thought I'd share. Sorry for the brag,

    M

Brag all you want!!!! That is indeed pretty cool! Your wife is very talented and puts those talents to very good use....as opposed to the people the last several posts have been talking about.

Besides, I love to hear husbands brag about their wives....;D
