    As I am not certain what everyone really wants...So I make a mixture of the following...and keep in air-tight jar.

    Keeps me from having to open different containers each time I feed. Also, I think keeps fresher and keeps me from over-feeding.

    Couple of times a week they get a bit of my ground up sea animal mix...(oysters, clams, squid, scallop and clam).


    They seen to be "happy" fish and I have no problem with algae or nitrates getting out of hand..

    Prime reef flake, mysis, occasional live brine when i feel like hatching some....., and silversides once in a blue moon :)

    just frozen brine or Mytis shrimp , (whatever I grab out of the frezer first.)

    All of the above. After my gastric bypass I live vicariously through them!

    I feed mysis shrimp, blood worms, brine shrimp and squid. All frozen 1-2 cubes daily and some dry seaweed daily.

    well i did feed them a bit of flake and live brine shrimp ..
