I add various forms of food stuff to ensure the diet of my animals is ideal. Frozen, flake and meaty to vegetable foods are added daily to increase their success rate, vigor and health.

I feed flakes every other day, with some seaweed for the tang. Then once a week a pump of marine plankton with cyclopeez , and once in a while I substitute the flake for some mysis.

I just seen this in my LFS. Its called Rod's Food and its awesome it feeds literally everthing. If your lfs doesnt sell it i believe you can order it online. Its a bit expensive but well worth it.

What a difference using frozen foods over dry and flake foods. I changed from dry/flake to frozen and my no3 has come down to 5-10ppm(from 20ppm). I dont know if there were other factors involved, but I wanna say it has helped alot. Has anyone had the same exp.?
