If it to good to be true it probably is. One of the guys in my reef club had one of those lights start on fire! If he wasn't home it probably would have burnt his house down. He not the only one that I had heard of that had those ballast start smoking. There are other issues to including customer service that stopped returning his calls and they come with crap bulb that you will probably end up quickily replacing.
Your better off looking elsewhere for a deal.

Acenia, how long is your tank? Maybe go with some T-5HOs, i just got some for my 55 gal and all i have done is held them over the tank and it looks great. You would be able to keep sps with them also.

Your tank is 24" long? So this is a 20 high tank?

Curious because I have a 20 long and with sand we are talking about 10" depth so not much light needed. I had a 150w halide and now use a 70w and still have good growth on my acros.

    I'd probably go with a 150 on a 20 tall.

yeah its a 20 high and its 14" deep i got almost 3 inches of sand so i could go with 70w or 150w halide? the thing is since its in my kitchen i cant put the light too high above the tank and too much light too low will cause a lot of evaporation i already put in 2 gallon of top off a week....

96W of t-5 will still be brighter than the 130W of PC there just more efficient. The 96W of T-5 will be nearly as bright as the 150W MH possibly more so considering bulb choice. You won't have as many over heating issues either.
