What do you hate about corals?

When I get my 55 up, I’ll get a fast growing coral like green stars, or xenia, then frag them, then trade the frags for more frags.

back to topic, THEY GROW WAY TO SLOW!!!

not knowing which ones to get.

 

Especially when you only have a 29gal like me. There are so many cool corals but so little space.

 

so true. thats why im upgrading. so many choices..

 

I hate how they don't stop growing. Your tank is only so big and you can't keep them from growing without killing them or fragging them

 

I hate that they have the ability to look like they're dying at will. Freaks me out every time.

 

They smell bad. Most smell like a wet dog (especially SPS) and if you touch them with your bare hands the smell sticks on your fingers for a while.

 

Especially a newly cut toadstool frag. That thing reeked.
