    heres a quick of the drawing of the return lines that i built into my tank. The tank is a 125 gal, 1500 gph overflow box, 2 return pumps 1,1250 gph 2, 1067 gph. going to fill tank today to see what kind of water movement i get out of this. if it dosnt work then ill try someihing else. I'll try to post the drawing of what i did. let me know what you think. will use food coloring to see the water movement.And will add 2 mpmp40s 1 on each side of tank

    Sounds like flow/movement/turnover won't be an issue....lots of big numbers. :)

    I don't understand your pipe running to the bottom of the tank and to the front ? is that your return line with holes cut in it - sorry, but my old noodle doesn't shift in to gear until many cups of coffee. If it is I doubt it's going to give the effect you are thinking it might - plus sand would be an issue so it would be visible, with this in mind I just don;t think I am following your concept.
