    if i buy the two Coralife would that be enough light for softies and some other advanced corals?
    PRICE DROP - 3 x Aquarium Lights (High Powered)
    hurry need responses fast before he sells to someone else!

    PC's are outdated, look into T5HO, MH, and LED

    I wouldnt get those. I dont think youll be satisfied with the results. Maybe if you had a shallow tank that would help some. Maybe 6" to 8".

    PC's are not that bad.

    If you're on a budget and they fit within that budget, and on the tank I would consider getting them.

    PC lighting: Not fantastic but I liked the tank quite a bit.

    Jmo, don't cheap out on lighting. Keep looking around while your tank cycles you have time.

    Corailline is the coral whisperer, don't go by her success. Lol

    I agree with Corailline- PCs will certainly work. However, as more reefers switch to LED lighting, good used T5, MH, and combo units are becoming more prevalent on ebay and craigslist as well as 3Reef's "For Sale" forum.

    For that price you can get a T5 set up off ebay. Sure its oddysea and the low end of T5's, but it would be more light output than PC lighting.
