    So I found this deal on a classifieds website here locally. What do you think, and what is it all really worth?

    Also, not to rain on your parade. But make sure you have a place in your house that can handle the load. That's going to be a lot of weight for one spot.

    The tank is empty, he said he is going thru a divorce and must sell it. So I can't do a water test on it.

    Also, I live in AZ, and in a 1 story house, so the tank would be on the concrete foundation, a 4inch slab, should be good right?
