UPDATE! Per my emails with the seller he stated it also comes with the following:

a GS3 skimmer and the pump for it is Brand new only used it about 2 months before tearing down the tank.

gonna try and take pics while I am there, will post them here for everyone to review and give feedback. Trying to figure out what to offer the guy?!? Ad says $1000 OBO. But I don't wanna be an ****** and low ball him or anything. So if everything works properly (and I presume it does) what would you offer?

 

Took a look at it a couple days ago, seems like a great deal! I think we are going to try and pick it up this weekend. Probably going to sit in my garage for a few months until we get the money together for the sand and live rock. Thanks again for all the help and any further advice would be greatly appreciated!
