There are a few snails that will eat them. I'm not sure if the Bumblebee Snails that are sold to the hobby will eat them, but some of their relatives do, so they might. Here's an interesting thread from another reef sit about some nudibranchs that will eat them:

Is there a problem with them taking over the rock really? They don't sting anything, and I'm pretty sure any coral will just overtake them if it needs to.
There are some fish that eat them, I think some wrasses, not sure what kind exactly though.

Most halichores wrasses will eat these.

Christmas and melanurus will for sure.

I have a lot of these as well, but I take them as a good sign.

Even Psuedocheilinus spp. wrasses, such as the Six Line will eat them.
