    You can have any type of tang really on a 180. you can have multiple tangs. although you have to keep in mind that a powder blue is really prone to ich so if your tank is new i wouldnt think of adding one yet. I learned that the hard way.......

    the butterflys im not sure if they are reef safe.

    * foxface fish are cool*

    Fish that are NOT reef safe...

    Camel shrimp, Engineer goby--digs tunnels under rock work and can easily topple live rock and corals. Tends to bury sessile invertebrates that are on the sand bed or lower portions of the tank. If live rock is on a stable platform, can be accomodated. Large hermit crabs--tend to knock over corals and rocks, can kill a fish that's ailing. they will also bother snails. Octopus--safe with sessile inverts, but primary predator on motile inverts and small fish. Maroon clown - reef safe but loves to topple rocks and corals around its home. if he gets too big, he moves big things. lionfish,most eels,frogfish,octopuses,mantis shrimp,decorator crabs,jellyfish, majority of wrasse,sharks, filefish, triggers, most butterflys, lobsters, and "green death" brittle star. asternia stars have also been known to munch on soft corals.

    Borderline: ( No fish is a safe fish if you havent done your homework :p )

    underfed tangs and angels, emerald crabs, large hermits, conchs, sea apples, coral banded shrimp, arrow crabs, ribbon eels, sea horses and like species(dont fare well with stinging corals and competition), and any underfed or unproperly suplimented fish(they resort to your corals and invertebrates).Likewise any underfed invertebrates might resort to eating small fish and corals.
