what fish can i put in a 12gal tank?

hey , can i ask what else can i add into my tank, when i arleady have 1 domino damselfish, 1 clarkii clownfish in it? and an additional of 2 crabs i caught from the beachside ;D i've been rearing these 2 crabs for 5 months or so. fishes probably 1 month already

 

I wouldn't put anything else in there. 12 gallons can only support a very small bioload.

I have 4 fish in my 25 gallon, and I already feel I'm pushing the limits.

For the sake of the happiness of your inhabitants, I'd leave it right where it is.

 

I definitely wouldn't add anything else..both of those fish are pretty territorial as it as. Look into gobies and firefish..they don't need very large tanks and are pretty peaceful.

If you are going to add any more fish (which may not be that great of an idea with a small tank).... I would look at a firefish. Most only need a 10 gallon tank and are peaceful fish. On another note, very cool that you caught hermit crabs to add to your tank

 

honestly with the aggressiveness of the two fish you already have in there, i think if you were to try add anything else to the tank it would just be bounced back and forth between the damsel and clown until it dies of stress

 

how about a yellow goby? but im only afraid that if i put that in, the crabs will eat it! will it?

 

and i dont think i can put a firefish in it, the 2 fishes i have are just too aggresive! i feel like getting rid of them n rear more peaceful fishes!
