    Looks like a flasher wrasse/fairy wrasse. There are many different types. Google it and look through images to see if you can find it.

    blue sided fairy wrasse, blue sided flasher wrasse....you say tomato! Either way it is a Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura. Technically a flasher wrasse is a Paracheilinus sp. and a fairy wrasse would be a Cirrhilabrus sp. so, it is more correct to call it a fairy wrasse than a flasher wrasse but common names always lead to confusion.
