What fish should add to my tank first?

here is my potential list of fish that i will be getting:

mated pair of black and white clownfish
1 royal gamma
1 blue flasher wrasse
maybe a Helfrich's Firefish Goby or a Blue Gudgeon Goby

 

Purple Firefish gets my vote!!!

or instead of a goby should i look into a pair of Ventralis Anthias Pair for about the price of the Helfrich's Firefish Goby they get 2.5" max or would that be overstocking? with 2 black and white clownfish, royal gamma, blue flasher wrasse, and a pair of Ventralis Anthias

 

i personally love clown fish....!

 

I would add the clownfish last. I have a pair in my tank and they tend to be the bosses and try to bully everyting else. So with the fish you have picked I would add them first and let them claim their territory before the clowns are added. Sorry I know this really doesn't answer your question, but hope it helps.

thanks for the help, i was somewhere else told me to add the clownfish first, so i want to double check, i'm not ready for fish yet, but just trying to decide the order of the fish

 

clownfish can be hardy, and therefor if its a new tank i can see why they would say add this first. Is this the case? I have quite a few book around the house here, I'll try looking up the others to see what they have to say about them.

Dont get anthias, they will most likely be to big for your tank and they can be tricky to keep alive.

 

i'd add the royal gramma first. i just really like their color.
the stuff about adding the clown fish last also makes a lot of sense.
