    Personally Cheryl, I believe that Vinny's starcki and my cleaner wrasse are living proof that with today's new wave foods (Ocean Nutrition, New Life Spectrum, etc), there's something in every flake/pellet/whatever that makes them capable of sustaining most any fish, regardless of it's natural diet. 4.5 years and still counting with my CW, btw, and he's a fat and happy little pig. ;)

    i like my little yellow tail blue damsel but shes a brute, doesnt take crap from anyone.... including my arms so be careful. they definitely have a personality of their own. is this the final addition? Im sure you know it would probably be best to add it last if you go down the damsel road.

    oh snap Mr. Bill, just read your post. this confirms that each really has their own personality. mine isnt regularly aggresive with other tank mates but she does defend her den. but yeah the electric neon blue is super cool. that may be because blue is my favorite color.....

    While I now try to vary the diet much more. My clown survived on mostly Tetra Marine flake for most of his/her 20+ years in captivity. As you both know food choices back then were mostly do it yourself or brine shrimp. That's not to say it wouldn't have lived longer with what is offered today but again most people don't keep them alive that long.

    @Swiss mine too!!

    That is an interesting insight, I have thought about it a couple times, when I saw CW, wondering how they were keeping them successfully.

    My last one actually almost got killed by my clowns. Damsel vs Damsel.

    I looked at the Purple Fire Fish last night on LA. The are awesome fish but I want more action than hover. You might be right civic people tend to stick with what they know.

    Purple Pseudochromis is interesting.
    LA has the Starki which is good.
    Yellow Dotty back is looking good, but it can not go with another Pseudochromis.
