What Fish???

I'm looking for a polite fish that won't steal meaty food from coral. A small school of something could be cool. The only thing I have know is a bicolorpseudochromis that I'd like to get rid of. Tank is in sig.

 

2-3 cardinals might do you well Can't think of anything else besides the chromis that would do well in a 55

 

I was thinking about cardinals. I can't decide on what kind though. This looks cool- Orange Stripe Cardinalfish, Cardinals | Pet Solutions. I've never seen them anywhere else before tho.


Will cardinals steal meaty food?

 

I have 2 pj cardinals and while i have never seen them steal food from my corals, they are usually the first in line at feeding time....

 

Cardinals are cool fish, especially the Kaudern's Cardinal. if you go with those though, make sure to get them as tank raised cards. The wild caught ones typically starve to death as they don't eat once caught. Now if you find some that are wild caught that will eat in a LFS, then I would buy those, as those are the only ones that will make it.

 

I love my black and white hi fin cardnials they are awsome looking fish and with MH they litterly sparkel
