Just picked up a bunch of brightwell products for dosing plus a few different resins they make. Changed out all media bags and replaced my chemipure blue carbon media. Tank is looking great with awesome growth. Gonna have to upgrade again;)

Got my base rock from reef cleaners, overall happy with my order. I used a couple rocks from my old tank (killed them before using them).

The scape is very nice IMO. hopefully you all will like it too once I get a thread going ;)

Set up an ATO the other day, now that I have one, it seems I will never be able to go without one. I've also been looking into running an mp10ews on a reef link controller so I can play with it on my iphone. lol

Blasted all the rock let it set and then blasted it again, vacuumed the entire sand bed collecting 20% of my water for water change and also cleaned the cyano off the glass as well. All this to try and lessen the Cyano in my DT, my ongoing war.

I got my Kalk reactor fired up last night! I'm super stoked :D

My SPS collection has been growing and I have a tiny tiny bit of dinos left in my tank, so I'm hoping to raise my PH and keep it consistent. I have the kalk on a slooooow drip to start out. It was actually one of the easier things to setup. I have it hooked up to a dosing pump, I don't want to use my evaporation rate to control my Kalk dosage, that's just me.

I bought a used Precision Marine KR620 from my local reef club.

You know, that's a good idea. I did a bunch of searching on this particular reactor and there wasn't much out there. I will take some pictures tonight and start a thread with how I've set it up. I will warn you, it is in "test-mode" just to get it running. So, let's just say, it's hooked up... haha!

I ride to the LFS ( this one only deals with salt water and coral) sent me home a few $$$$ lighter and with a beautiful Brain coral, an older hammer coral colony and two mushroom colonies...one that is an assorted color colony the other lime green... that prompted a "rework" or some of the rock work and some "pouting" of the inhabitants... I'll post pictures when every one resumes being themselves...
On a sadder note... I discovered that my tank has a leak... I'll post details elsewhere.. so I've got a huge project ahead of me..
