You too Scajeo! I'm a Pharmacy Manager and I'm not even allowed anywhere close to work until this thing heals which is est to be 4 weeks. Silver lining I have time to work on the tank!

Just scored a new/used skimmer 4x bigger than the one I've been using on my 300DD. For $100 !!!!!!! From my LFS. That just saved me around $500 for a new one.

so glad to hear that you caught it and it was treatable CBS! I have a suspicion that you'll be getting A LOT done on the tank! Sump looks amazing btw. I'm sorry to hear about your medical troubles scajeo. what type of store do you own? I wish you well and hopefully things will get worked out. Pain is not a fun thing no matter what it's from :(

Awesome, I'm all about getting deals- that's the backbone of my entire system!
And from your lfs no less! What skimmer is it?

Today I'm trading some cash and frags, for what I hope is an LED that will match the power of my other two (currently I have 1 this is slightly mis matched).
I'm also selling one of my older LEDs maybe,
and doing some fragging for some fellow reefers that are going over to drink Homebrew and talk reef. (finally got a day off today)

Backbone of mine as well!! All my DIY has been from referencing your pics. I have no clue the brand, there's nothing on the skimmer. I can find out because he googled it to see the recommended water height and other info for me. The base of it is about 10" in diameter, He had it overhauled and has a new impeller as well. He was going to use it on his clownfish breeding setup at his shop, but thought I needed it more.
