What have you done to your set up today?

I emptied it and transferred all. The fish into the new 350.
I have emptied the water, removed and thrown the sand, cleaned everything through 15 gallons of vinegar, the sump was disgusting, I am quite embarrassed by the filth in there.
I have to replace the seals and drill it, then I am going to re start it as a little coral reef with some clowns, fire fish, and a couple of wrasses.

Won't be until probably January for the 1st corals in the tank.

 

I dropped something into the tank today and while trying to get it, knocked over my ORA pink birdsnest. I hate ORA frag plugs. Anyway broke a 1" piece off in the process. Glued it to a plug and glued the ORA plug down as well as I could.

 

Cleaned up wires in the sump shed with cord organizers and contact cement. I love Contact Cement.

 

Viola! Instant Frag!

 

About a 15g WC, I'm now using Kent Salt these days, and my levels are staying bettrer with much dosing.

Also finalized my plan for finsighing the the stand frame for my 180 build.
I"ve finished the C2C overflow about a week ago.

It's coming along!

 

You know I haven't done a darn thing in weeks, well maybe toss some cal, and alk in but non the less nothing. And I have to say I'm getting better growth by the day and everything just looks happy.

 

Picked up a christmas wrasse last night from Best Fish (LFS) and he is wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicked cool.
Also started dosing with the seachem aquavitro line, wish me luck!

Scraped my glass with a razor (Damn you green coralline!), then stared longingly at the vacant spaces on my live rock, wondering what corals to get next
