It cracks me up on Liveaquaria they say care level is easy for Yellow Tangs and moderate for Kole tangs. I can only speak for yellow tangs, but ANY shift in my tank and they would start to show signs of stress (Ich). I would not put Tangs in the easy/moderate care level. I had a Powder Brown that was also the same way.

It looks exactly like your avatar zesty! I've kept a few tangs over the years (made some mistakes now I've learned in that they needed a bigger tank) how I lost them each time was in a tank crash (vacations each time :()....not sickness...the kole tang is the only one that I've not had luck with - knock on wood - the one I got is a little shy but is eating and slowly coming out and about more.

just did a 15% water change and yes, I still hate them. Used some peroxide on a couple of rocks to get rid of some algae, cleaned the glass well, and siphoned some sections of sand (pretty clean actually) in the DT. Manually removed some cyano in the refugium. I've been leaving the fuge light on a little more than alternating with the DT. I think I'm going to lessen that.

I have a tomini tang and when I put him in the tank, I didn't see him for 3 days. He is still the first fish to hide whenever there is a fast movement. I think tangs are a bit more skittish.
But they both will be active fish, giving you plenty of swimming action.

I can't wait to set my new tank up, I'll be getting a Yellow tang and a Hippo tang. Are Leopard Wrasses hard to keep (feeding wise)?

I'm not sure about leopard wrasses and feeding but they certainly are very cool fish! Evolved is the guy to ask about anything wrasse.

Added a Aquamaxx HOB-1 Skimmer to my JBJ 28G Nano, I washed it out with warm water and Vinegar, rinsed it real good and ran it for about 2 hours with just warm fresh water, then mounted on tank now it's just sit back and wait for it to break in and start removing gunk
