Took this picture last night. This morning it's on the sand bed sitting upright. Funny! Guess he detached myself and fell down. Also assuming got lucky landing upright.
Love this Derasa. Also I checked him for snails. Most probably didn't read my thread about losing a Maxima. I'll post pictures of this guy. Gave a good cleaning.

 

Re-Aquascaped by tank... also had a hair algae bloom due to negligence on my part so scrubbed the rocks and finally changed filters in my RODI and orderd new T5s which will be here on Friday (2 ATI Blus +,1 Aquablue special, and 1 KZ fiji purple pus)

Does the room my tank is in count as part of the set up? I hired people to put in vertical blinds while I was at work. Before the blinds there was nothing over the windows, and it was... well..... BLINDING! Next step is removing the ceiling fan and drop some LED's off the ceiling. In the meantime I'm wrapping the stand this weekend. I've abided by all your rules and have really taken my time on this one. I'll post a full room pic in here, and put some more in my 300 thread.

 

looks really great CBS! shading your room is definitely doing something on your set up. great room so big, it's hard to tell that's a 300 gallon tank

 

I know and my phone shrinks it even further down. Those are 15" tiles in there and room is 220sqf.
