The LFS store advised me yesterday to start adding chemicals to my tank. I bought and used Kents, Strontium & Molybdenum, Liquid Calcium, and Iodide and a pretty purple pulsating xenia. Came home and put it all in my tank.

Did my weekly 10% WC in both the 55 & 46 bow, sucked up some cyano in both tanks, & cleaned and adjusted both skimmers (running carbon now, so less for them to skim!). Caught both of my fairy wrasses and moved them from the 46 QT to the 55 DT (the male took 1 minute, the female took a couple hours!). Wired and programmed a pwm fan that is above my sump so the speed varies as the temp changes. Took some okay pics of my new zoa frags.

    Busy day!

Just got my Reef Angel controller with the wifi working. I can monitor and control everything from my cell phone now! The next module I get will be the dosing pumps. Actually did a 20 gallon wc, first time in over a year. Other than that, I did a lot of sump cleaning. :p

We just got our tank cycle started a few days ago. Today we got another piece of live rock for the refugium and a light for the refugium (with a timer). We installed the UPC we bought as back-up battery inside the cabinet (up on a screw), and we plugged our pump and powerheads into it. ;D

You do have some kind of screen or top on that tank for those firetail gobies, right?

I lost two nice ones to 'jumping ship'!
