No kids, but plenty of Nieces & Nephews. Be sure to keep the mag float up out of reach too!

Yes! Unfortunately I have another brand that sinks like a brick when it becomes detached so I know when one of the kids has it because the other half of the cleaner is on the bottom of the tank being attacked by the damsel (very territorial, awful little fish).

Today I measured a number of parameters (Alk, Ca, Mg, NO3 & P) and exchanged the phosphate media in my reef cube. (I run Fauna Marin "Ultra Phos 0.04" and Equo "Remover PO4 & SiO2 Reaktor" media in a DIY twin upflow reactor).

EDIT: ...also installed a DIY upflow reactor with ~600g Equo "Remover PO4 & SiO2 Reaktor" media on my 1000 liter tank.

Today I adjusted the water level in the skimmer section of the reef cube sump from ~17 cm to ~20,5 cm with a piece of acrylic. I did this to achieve a water level that is better for my "Bubble King Mini 180" skimmer. (The manual states: "The water level should ideally between 20 and 22 cm"). This modification increases the water volume in the system with ~3 liter.

nothing yet but.... today is water change day.. which means the rocks get a turkey baster blast detritus gets vacuumed, the front and side glass get the "mag" treatment any "excess" or "bad" algae gets brushed off the rocks and %30 of the water gets changed... in addition to the daily sock filter cleaning and skimmer cleaning...that will keep everyone( including me) happy for another week...

I guess this counts.. My garage STINKS something awful, checked all the garbage cans and nada. Then I realized I used my wet/dry vacuum to clean out my corner overflows a month ago and the water/muck is still sitting in the vacuum (EEK)! Also re arranging my garage to get ready for my RO/DI install tomorrow.

Re-Placed a few mis-placed frag plugs- fall over, snails, hermits, etc.

I got a small frag of Pearlberry Acro 5 days ago! Pic soon, I'm at work presently.

I replaced a GAC bag in my sump,
and replaced all the filters and DI resin in the RO/DI.
I also cleaned the back glass some, and straightened a few corals too.

I have 3 LED light sets. Two are the same and one is different slightly- they look the same though but have different drivers and are different intensities.
I used my clubs (WRS) PAR meter and to get the dimmers putting out about the same PAR on the 2 different lights- that look exactly the same!

I also picked up a Hollywood stunner chalice,
and gave away about 7 different nice chunks of SPS to a fellow/local reefer who has been just as generous to me in the past.

This really is a really cool hobby when you can have a group of friends to trade, give, and recieve coral from on a whim and just merely for the asking. Kinda makes you feel pretty good to be generous doesn't it?
What comes around goes around- right?
