It looks like a green bubble, with a long tail, moving around like a work on my glass

    It moves relatively fast too.

Kill it, leave it? Never seen something like this in my tank...

To eb clearn, the bubble on its back is not a shell. Its clear and looks almsot like an egg with something small and dark inside of it....

I have a few of those myself. I saw them a few days after I put in my clean up crew. Hermits and snails. I just figured one of the snails had a baby or something. So, now I am curious...

    Hi Yuri,

I think that actually IS a shell on it's back, just a transparent one, and you are looking at the parts of the animal through the shell. It looks to be a marginellid or cysticid, but I'd need a few different views (top, side, and ideally ventrum) to confirm it. They are mostly scavengers in either case, but may kill and eat tiny animals.

    Cheers,

    Don
