What in the world is this thing?

    I thought it might be a Zoa. I have no Zoa's in the tank at the moment, but this thing popped up overnight. It's tiny, a pale lime green with a white center and white stalk. The only thing that makes me not think it is a Zoa is the stalk seems really thin. Any idea?

    I believe it might be a Mermaid's Cup, a macro algae.

    Is it moving? If so it might be a hydroid jellyfish about to release off the stalk.
