Need some help to identify this.. It was given to me and looks pretty cool but I don't know what it is. The orangish yellow guys come out in the day and hise at night. Its a purple and green rock.

And I would like to know if it will be good in my tank.. 20 gal long, i have 3 fish, about 15 pounds live rock, live sand, a normal light and lid, and 1 powerhead.

Green star polyps...very hardy coral. Low to high flow, low to medium light, easy to care for. Looks great in higher water movement and it will fluoresce green when under a more blue light.

+1 definitely green star polyps, careful though if you have other corals they spread like wild fire in some tanks....they are fine its a beginner coral
