My angel fish will not leave my clown fish alone. It seems like he is going after the female clown, he goes on his side and swims up near them and swims up fast until my male clown strikes back at him. My male clown is not happy and it seems they are both picking fights but the angel is starting it all he won't leave them alone. I did re-arrange my rock a little bit, but not a drastic change I just moved some rocks around to remove bubble algae. Should I just keep an eye on this? It seems that the angel has a black spot on him im assuming from fighting but I could use a second opinion.

If they were not added at the same time, they will do this. My blennys did the same thing, then they got used to eachother and chilled out. Good luck! :)

They are having territorial issues and the clown is trying to assert its "dominance", if you will. But unless it gets bad, I would just let them work it out. Eventually, the angel should get the point and give the clowwn his space.

They have been together for a few month and all was fine. I guess it was the rearranging of the rocks... he is a crazy little fish and needs to chill out! but I guess they worked it out once before so I guess they better do it again
