I believe if you add anything is should be small. A foxface might put you over the medium bioload. You might have to do bigger water changes or some form of carbon dosing to keep up with the bioload.

What a skimmer says isn't very relevant, it's what it does that's important. I would say you are on the low end of medium with that large of a sump adding water volume. How mature is your tank?

6mnths, but some sand and lots of live rock came from an already established tank.

Stocking levels have nothing to do with what or how much filter you have. It has to do with how much O2 the water can hold and your fish suffocating if the power goes out.

If your parameters have been stable then I would say it would be ok to add another medium or small fish as long as its been a month since your last add. I always try to wait a month in between for good measure. It gives me something to look forward too!

I think you are already at your limit. You have 3 large fish, Tang, and 2 dwarf Angels and you want to add a 4th in a 75g? With 2 gobys, 2 clowns and 2 damsels... I don't see adding a Fox Face.

What is your ACTUAL water volume... my guess is about 75g. And you do not have a lot of realestate for them all to have room.

I don't think you are overstocked, I think you are about right. But I would not add a Fox Face... maybe a couple more small fish, but that is it.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If you have 2 Dwarf Angels and 2 Gobies living happily I would consider myself lucky and not add anything else.

You should be ok to add thefoxface. Your load is ok medium. Kut some macro algae in sump and harvesy monthly, that will help control a growing biomass.
