    55 gallon with 10 gallon sump, t5 lights sundial, hob cpr refuge in sump, skimmer, return, all plumbing, about 20 lbs rock, no ato, 1 425 powerhead, old bulbs and a small cuc

    That should work fine in a 55g with soft and LPS corals. You'd need a bit more (at least double) for SPS, though.
