Siphon it out, lower your nitrate and phosphate levels, boost your alkalinity. Clean your equipment thoroughly to remove detritus, stop using tap water and start using RO?DI water. Cut back on how much you feed your fish and coral. Start using carbon and granulated ferric oxide. Add a refugium to your system to grow algae to export your nitrates and phosphates. Skim wet to remove more contaminants from your water.

you can use Cyanobacteria remover, its made by Red Slime, But beware its not always completely reef safe like it says..

What's not so reef safe about such products is that when you kill off red slime inside the aquarium, the cyano not only releases the nutrients it has absorbed, but also toxic secondary metabolites. The only safe way to address cyano is to vacuum it out during WCs and lower the nutrients that it feeds on as already stated.

For me the biggest thing was getting carbon in the system and cutting down feeding. Also move the power heads so you have good flow.
