What is the best camcorder for fish tanks

    I'm in the market for a camcorder to take videos of my fish tank for youtube.com and was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

    I'm game up to $400-$500 at most. I will probably also use it for family parties and kids outdoor activities and sporting events. I do want something good. Give me some ideas at different prices if need be.
