What is the best skimmer for a 30 gallon?

I'm looking at the sea clone ( actually already ordered it! should be here friday) I have 60 days to return it if I don't like it. My question is for the size tank that I have and the inverts that I have( namely sea anenomes) My current skimmer is not cuting the mustard....

So what is the best with a moderate price level(keep in mind this is only 30 gallons)

I use a AquaC Remora. I'm very happy with it. Got if off eBay for $70.

 

Yeah, would totally agree - I picked up a used Remora C with the pre-filter box for 50.00 - best investment I've ever made.

 

Aqua C is a good one. I am a fan of Octopus, my BH-100F is an awesome skimmer. I personally would have asked this question first, and avoided the sea clone

 

If you can get cheap second hand skimmer like the remora then yeah, great choice, if not you can get a second hand red sea prizm skimmer for £30 off ebay, not as good as the remora but would do a decent job on a 30 gallon...

That skimmer appears to be a SeaClone or a knockoff of a SeaClone. I've never used a SeaClone personally, but a lot of people here on this forum do not have good things to say about them.

 

I've used a Bak Pak 2 on my 30 for years & I'm very happy with it. The new Accela pump they have for it really rocks. Much quieter than the MJ1200 that came with mine.
