I might get a tang for my mixed reef tank if the size is right. Any suggestions? Thanks

question is not how big is the tang...
question is how big is your tank?

EDIT: if its the 20g on your sig, there is no tang that would be right for that tank.

what is the size of this mixed reef tank jeffers0n?

smallest species are the Bristletooth tangs - Tommini and Kole species
but even they are recomended for tanks of 4ft long or larger to be at their best and maximise their chances of long term survival and overall health.

There really isn't any that would be good for the 30 either. The smallest need a tank that is at least 3 to 3.5 feet long for swimming area.

Kole tang is a good small tang, but 20 or 30 gallons is much too small for any tang. They need at least a 4ft tank.

same.. there is no tang that would be good in a 30G.
