I just saw this in the tank. My cleaner shrimp was stomping on it, and it was expanding and deflating like an accordion. It looks like a snail without a shell - actually, it looks like it has a piece of a shell on its back. It has antennae and a mouth. What is it and do I need to get rid of it? If I need to get it out, how? It's probably about an inch long.

Can't be sure, I will leave it to the pros here, BUT I think it may be a species of sea slug which is beneficial.

Thanks all - I'm just glad I don't have to capture the thing - it moves pretty fast!
