    I was replacing my skimmer in my RSM and after taking the old one out i found this on it!

    Looks like a slug. Not sure if good or bad. If you haven't had any issues with things disappearing or dying it most likely is harmless.

    I have had issues with crabs just vanishing. Could that be the culprit?

    Yup, that would be a snail-eating Polyclad Flatworm. You probably don't want it running loose in your tank.
