    I seen this and can't seem to figure out what it is [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]it is blackish in color.

    Cyano. I've had dark green/blackish cyano before (it's not all red).

    What's the cause of it and how to get rid of it

    Too high of nutrients generally. You will need to manually remove the cyano by siphoning it out. Feed less clean and change water more often. Use granular ferric oxide to remove phosphate and nitrate.

    ive also had luck with sand sifting critters along with the less feedings and siphoning such as snails, hermits, and sand sifting type gobies.
