What is this and why wont it grow?

    I got this 2 months ago at a frag swap. 2 heads, size of a quarter each. It opens, feeds at night and is happy. However, it wont grow. What is it? Does it grow; if so, how?

    very pretty......it looks like you have piece of bubble algae on it you should take off :)
