Bryopsis is toxic to fish and critters, thats why nothing will eat it.

It is on a couple of rocks pretty small. I would prefer not to take that rocks out is there any other way to get rid of it?

The only other tried and true method that I'm aware of is to raise your Mag levels up to 1800+ using Kent Tech M (that product specifically, others don't seem to have the same effect).

You can safely raise your Mg by ~100 ppm per day until you reach the required levels. Maintain that for about two weeks, or until the algae is gone.

You can do a google search or just search these forums for more details. There are tons of threads on it.

Edit: If it's possible to remove the rocks just temporarily (and there is nothing else desirable on the rock), I've also heard that a short dip in pure Tech M will have the same effect much more quickly.

If no coral, you can pull the rocks and use hydrogen peroxide injected right onto it,rinse in saltwater and put back in.

Or in the tank you can raise your mag to around 1600 using kent's tech-m mag suppliment. You can safely raise it by 100 ppm per day and i've raised mine as high as 2000 with no ill effects except for dead bryopsis ;)
