    I saw this swimming around in my tank. I caught it in my net and shot a video. It kind of looks like a clear bristle worm, but it was swimming in my tank.

    Ding, ding, ding....we have a winner. If you're short on bristleworms for your clean up crew, turn off your skimmer for 24 hours. If you have tons of bristleworms, you can leave the skimmer on.

    so is it bad? And what does my skimmer have to do with it Inwall75? Please elaborate

    Epitoky is their reproduction method. The epitoke will explode sending gametes all over your tank. Your skimmer will remove these so if you need additional bristleworms, turn your skimmer off until the male and female gametes match up and settle.
