What is this yellow thing?

    well i know nothing about nudibranches so why would it die?

    hard to provide a food source for most. they are "specified eaters" as in they only eat one thing. (other nudi's... aiptasia eating nudi, zoa eating nudi). also they are VERY sensitive to parameter swings so a cycling tank isnt an ideal place for one. if he/she really wanted to keep one i would suggest waiting 6 months to a year and trying again with it.

    thats up to you, i dont see any negative effects, as long as nothing else is in there that could eat them

    i don't understand...i am sorry...i am obviously new at this. Why do i need to take the nudi out and not the eggs? What would be the problem of having fish on that tank?

    its fine, let me see if i can be more specific. the adult nudi, if it dies, can nuke your tank because it releases toxins. i've honestly never heard of any effects of eggs. i guess it would be safer to remove them, but i really dont know. and as for the fish, they could try to eat it causing ill effects.

    I am going to be nice and positive here. Sweet nudi and it looks awesome!! Looks fine and happy to me. I don't know what these people are talking about? :) Congrats :)

    sorry if i came across negative, those are probably some of the most beautiful animals in the hobby. just hate to see those die. :-/ its like nems and mandarins.

    Looks like Hypselodoris bullocki. If so, it only eats sponges.
