    What is this? It just appeared today, it is on my tank bottom. No idea how it got there. My first thought was a majano anemone but I cant remember. Should I get rid of it?

    Might be that or a sand anemone. I think you might be able to scoop it out.

    Its on bare bottom so I can get it with the forceps. If its harmless I'll let it go.

    i don't know what it is but my bet is not harmful, i would let it grow to see what it is and then make a judgement on it

    It made its way across the aquarium and into the rock work so I guess we shall see.
