    Ive noticed this thing under my cover piece on my live rock its kinda white with redish pink tips, it doesn't move it looks kinda like a cacoon.

    because it looks like it has two openings, maybe a tunicate? (aka sea squirt). I dont think it is a bad hitchhiker, just a peaceful filter feeder.
