This is the third one of these I've found in the last few weeks. It just seems to appear on the glass. This one is about 2 inches from end to end. any ideas?

Snail eggs...huh. I learned something new.

I have many different kinds of snails....cerinth, nerite, nassarius (sp?), bumble bee, margarita, turbo, trochus, star astraea. They've come and gone so much over the years...who knows what is in there. The star astraea are the only one's I know have reproduced in the past.

    So you're saying I shouldn't be concerned?

Nerite eggs are flattened ovals in shape.

Good luck, the fish and other CUC seem to finish them off before they hatch.
